§1
[GENERAL PROVISIONS]
1. This document defines the Privacy Policy of newromangallery.pl, which in particular includes regulations regarding the protection of personal data and the security of other data entered into the Website by the User. 2. The Privacy Policy constitutes an integral annex to the Regulations.

[DEFINITIONS]
The terms used in this document mean: 1. Administrator newromangallery.pl. 2. Website – website at newromangallery.pl and all its subpages. 3. Parties – Administrator and User. 4. User – a natural person who uses the Website and provides personal data there.

[PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION]
The Administrator is the Administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).
The administrator processes data to the extent, time and purposes indicated each time in
content provided under forms used to collect personal data from
User.
Personal data will be transferred only to trusted subcontractors of the Administrator, i.e. IT service providers, accounting company, administration.

[USER RIGHTS]
1. If personal data changes, the User should update them by sending an appropriate message to the Administrator. 2. The user has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, deletion and the right to limit their processing. In addition, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, the right to transfer data and the right to object to the processing of personal data. 3. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. 4. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to consent to data processing prevents the use of the Website. 5. The Administrator may refuse to delete the User’s personal data if the retention of personal data is necessary due to the obligation imposed on the Administrator by law.

[TECHNICAL DATA PROTECTION]
1. The Administrator uses all technical and organizational methods to ensure the security of the User’s personal data and protect it against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure or access. The information is stored and processed on high-security servers, while maintaining appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law. 2. The Administrator undertakes to store backup copies containing the User’s personal data. 3. The entrusted data is stored on top-class equipment and servers in appropriately secured information storage centers, to which only authorized persons have access. 4. The Administrator carries out activities related to the processing of personal data while respecting all legal and technical requirements imposed on him by the provisions on the protection of personal data.

[COOKIES POLICY]
1. For the convenience of Users, the Website uses cookies, including: in order to adapt the website to the needs of users and for statistical purposes. Cookies are small text files sent by the website visited by the Internet user to the Internet user’s device 2. The Website uses two types of cookies: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until they log out, leave the website or disabling the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

[LOGS]
1. In line with the practice of most websites, we store HTTP queries directed to our server (server logs). Therefore, we store:
a. IP addresses from which users view the information content of our website.
b. time of arrival of the request.
c. time of sending the response.
d. name of the client station – identification carried out via the HTTP protocol.
e. information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction.
f. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link).
g. information about the user’s browser.
2. Data collected in log logs is used only for the purposes of administering the Website.
3. The collected logs are stored for an indefinite period of time as auxiliary material used to administer the Website. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the Website. Based on log files, statistics can be generated to help with administration. Collective summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any features identifying people visiting the website.
